Sean joined NST in 2005 as a field engineer for some of our larger clients. Working in the field allowed him to be familiar with the intricacies of client operations, the understanding of diverse technologies and gives him the edge to succeed as a service manager. Sean’s time in the Marine Corps as a Corporal, a Non-Commissioned Officer, has taught him discipline, structure and gave him the skills to lead from the front. Currently he leads our help desk technicians and field engineers on a daily basis, monitoring ticket volume, response time, resolution time and gets involved in any escalated issues. Sean will act as the technical resource where needed when the technicians need assistance and has an intimate relationship with our clients that comes from ensuring their issues get handled quickly and efficiently. His focus is that the service department delivers the highest possible level of support.
