Ken has been with NST since 2010 and has been in the IT industry since 2005. Starting out as a Field Engineer for NST, he was quickly promoted to a senior position and became a team lead for infrastructure implementation projects. In 2014, Ken was brought in-house as the Network Operations Center Manager where he designed and maintained systems to support our customers, as well as provide Escalation Level 3 Support. His knowledge from field and project work proved to be a huge advantage in streamlining automation and help desk support. In 2016, Ken was promoted to CTO where he oversees the Security Team, Help Desk Team, Procurement Team, Data Center and Network Operations Center at NST. Although Ken oversees many of our departments, he is actively involved in day-to-day operations and does not hide behind the front lines. He also works closely with the Sales Team to provide pre-sales engineer support and consulting to educate customers on solutions that are cost-effective, efficient and secure. With security being what it is today, Ken has become well-versed in security compliance and data governance in areas such as HIPAA, PCI, DFS, DFARS and SOX to name a few. With his knowledge and experience, Ken is responsible for the technology NST uses to stay ahead of the industry curve.
