Jessica joined NST in 2010 where she focused on developing the internal processes of our Service Department and Customer Service Team. Now, as Operations Manager, her goal is to build on that success, and bridge the gap between ALL departments. With her finger on the pulse of all things NST, Jessica promotes ongoing and effective communication between teams, identifies pitfalls and develops procedures to resolve them, and makes sure daily operations are aligned with NST’s future goals. Jessica strives to maintain an environment of continuous improvement and efficiency to ensure that NST is providing our clients, the best experience possible.
