David is the Director of Service at NST and has been in the information technology industry for over 10 years. David is responsible for developing internal KPI’s, processes, communication strategy, employee growth plans and oversees the day to day service items for our clients. This not only prepares our staff for the constant changes in the IT industry, but also provides our clients with the best experience possible. David began his MSP career at NST where he established his foundation of IT knowledge and experience in professional environments. He continued his career moving through the Service levels and became a successful team lead. During this time David was responsible for developing growth plans for his team, performing quality control checks on recent implementations and driving forward company initiatives to hit department goals while overseeing the day to day service requests.
