Martha Greene Real Estate, LLC, historic Montauk real estate brokerage based in New York was in need of an updated design to bring better align with their high-end real estate offerings.

Design not withstanding, this project included plenty of functional concepts – one specifically that would allow listings to be imported directly from Out East’s portal – a central location for listing management.

Management of listings on the website side would also provide Martha Greene with control over their listings data.

Designing a high-end real estate website while maintaining the branding of the historic Martha Greene trademark.

This project had many requirements beyond the customary website redesign solutions that are readily available. NST Web Solutions had to create a flexible solution which allows for automated updates and on-demand data entry.

A robust Content Management Solutions and automated scheduling service were two components required as well. Integration with social media, intuitive navigation and advanced filtering were also required to take this project to the next level.

We held a number of interviews to determine a scope of work that provided the solutions to our clients project.

Our platform of choice would be WordPress with custom API development. WordPress provided a great CMS solution with a quick learning curve for our client.

Martha Greene drove the design concepts fueled and inspired from those who know best – their brokers. We created numerous concepts with varying navigational styles, but held true to one single concept, pictures sell! Large imagery was used to provide a modern look. Varying size blocks form the masonry grid for each of the top listings they have available.

The dynamic grid is powered by custom development pulling the information in real-time from Out East.

Filters were developed to allow visitors to search for Homes, Co-ops Land or commercial properties.
